Foundations Minnesota Alumni Services

When treatment ends, recovery is just beginning. Foundations Minnesota offers alumni programs that allow those who have graduated from treatment to attend group sessions, sober events and community gatherings.

Foundations Minnesota Celebrates Patients

Former patients, coordinators and supporters create events and spaces for alumni to interact with their peers, share experiences and continue practicing their new skills. An important part of maintaining recovery, after all, is feeling supported through every stage of growth.

Consistent touchpoints with peers in recovery can help reinforce recovery skills and provide ongoing support. Alumni can socialize at their own pace and choose a level of involvement that feels right. After completing their treatment program, it’s easy to stay connected with:
